Staying Strong in Social Situations

 Being around friends or family can be tough. Sometimes old habits or body thoughts sneak in. I’ve found ways to stay grounded:

  • Focus on conversations, not appearance.

  • Take deep breaths if I feel anxious.

  • Step away for a quiet moment when needed.

  • Remind myself: I deserve to enjoy the moment.

Social situations aren’t perfect, but they don’t have to be scary either.
