Letter to Myself

Sometimes I write letters to myself in my journal, like I’m talking to a friend. Today I wrote one about patience. I told myself:

“You are allowed to have bad days. You are allowed to make mistakes. You are allowed to be you.”

Writing it felt comforting, like hugging myself through the page. Afterwards, I did a slow yoga routine and actually felt lighter — not physically, but in my head.
